1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Upcoming application ("Application") on your Apple TV. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.
2. Services Provided
The Application allows you to connect your Google, Outlook, and iCal calendars and view all upcoming events on your Apple TV. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permissions to access and share your calendar information with the Application.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Upcoming immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Privacy

5. Third-Party Services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." Upcoming makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the functionality, performance, or reliability of the Application. Upcoming does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
Upcoming shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
9. Termination
Upcoming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Upcoming, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the State of California.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Upcoming with respect to your use of the Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
